You've Come A Long Way, Baby

Two years ago, I could barely muster 2 miles in 30 minutes. On Saturday, I ran 3.1 miles in 29:29. Which means 2 things: 1) baby steps, consistently made over time, make huge changes 2) if you think you can do something, you probably can. Will be updating more frequently. Setting new goals. Stay tuned.
